 FAQs

  • We offer flexible rentals by the hour to meet the needs of your event. The hourly rate is $185. Set up and clean up time must be accounted for in addition to event time.

    We also offer a preferred rates for events to make planning and logistics a bit simpler.


    Half Day (5 Hour) Rental $700

    Full Day (10 Hour) Rental $1,250

  • Three Oaks Studio has an adaptable floorplan for seated dinners, cocktail receptions, classroom style, and more. At maximum, our standing our capacity is ____.

  • answer here, we have a suggested list but you are welcome to provide your own insured vendors.

  • Our rentals do not include staff, but if you need assistance we can gladly recommend staffing companies, planners, and caterers who can staff your event.

  • We include a lounge set, vanity table, a large dining table with 6 chairs. Otherwise, the space is adaptable and ready for your chosen rental items.

  • We ask that all candles are glass enclosed and that nothing is hung on the wall using nails, glue, etc. that leaves a mark. We also kindly request that glitter and confetti is not used in the space due to the significant cleaning needs.
